Initiate Your Request
Log into your Aarav Electronics account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables that were originally included in the box.
Ship the Product
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the device, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
